🎙️ Your Recording Responsibilities

Before recording any homily, talk, or spiritual content, you are solely responsible for:

• Getting clear permission from the speaker before recording
• Complying with your local laws regarding audio recording and consent
• Respecting venue policies - many churches have specific recording guidelines
• Honoring intellectual property rights of speakers and content creators

Important: Echora cannot and does not take responsibility for recordings made without proper consent. By using our recording feature, you confirm that you have obtained all necessary permissions and comply with applicable laws.

🚫 What's Not Allowed

• Attempting to break, hack, or misuse our systems
• Uploading harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

📝 Your Sacred Content & Rights

You own your recordings, reflections, and personal content. When you use Echora, you give us permission to:

• Store and protect your content securely
• Process it with AI to create personalized insights
• Help you organize and search through your spiritual journey

We will never sell, share publicly, or use your spiritual content for any purpose beyond serving your personal faith growth.

💳 Subscription & Trial Terms

🆓 14-Day Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial. If you don't subscribe before it ends, you'll lose access to the app. No partial access - we believe the full experience is what serves your spiritual growth best.

💰 Pricing & Billing

Subscription plans are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Pricing varies by plan (weekly, monthly, yearly). All billing is handled by Apple or Google - we follow their refund and cancellation policies.

🔄 Cancellation

Cancel anytime through your App Store or Google Play account. You keep access until your current billing period ends. No refunds for partial periods, but you keep your data.

🤖 AI Processing Agreement

By using Echora, you consent to AI processing of your recordings to create transcripts, summaries, biblical references, and reflection questions. This processing happens securely and privately - your content isn't used to train AI models or shared with others.

Our AI partners (OpenAI) process your content only to serve you, under strict privacy agreements.

Echora is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee perfect transcriptions, constant uptime, or that our AI will always meet your expectations. We're not liable for damages beyond what Australian law requires.

🔄 Service Changes

We may modify features, pricing, or these terms as we improve Echora. We'll notify you of significant changes. Continued use means you accept the updates.
